New Series: Body Metamorphosis – Eat [clean], pray, love

Hey Dolls,

This post is is dedicated to a new series that I as starting to document my fitness journey called “Body Metamorphosis” I know this doesn’t have much to do with Gloss and Lace (makeup or fashion) but I think it does…

When you feel good about yourself all the things around you sort of fall into place.  For example, when you don’t feel good about your health or the way you look you don’t want to go out, buy new trendy clothes, or go for your dreams for that matter.

Dolls, that was exactly how I was feeling… I’m not satisfied by the way that I look therefore I’m not able to “put myself out there” and leap out on faith for my dreams. So I finally decided I needed to do something about it.

In my humble opinion I believe that before you can commit to a fat loss program you need to have 2 things… 1. In your MIND that you will do this by any means necessary 2. A PLAN

So the mind is made up.

The plan. I decided after MUCH research I will using the ART Diet and Fitness plan ( This plan is HARD CORE. He trains fitness competitors (In my future soon)  Nothing fancy but eat clean and work your booty off (literally). I’m not going to fail this time because I my mind is strong and I have a plan.

I’m going to add this series into the blog as my diary of fitness. I hope you enjoy and are inspired to join your own path of fitness. Trust me, if I can eat clean ANYONE can eat clean; I have the palette of a 2 year old, all chicken fingers and grilled cheese. (not anymore!)

Review: Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows

I picked up a couple of the new maybelline color tattoo eyeshadows the other day because I had to see what everyone had been RAVING over. To my surprise these little guys are AMAZING!!!!!!! They stay on all day, NO CREASING, and beautiful colors.

I recommend these as eyeshadows alone, as a base or layered with different colors for fun smokey eyes.

Grade: A- (I only gave the minus because every store can’t keep them in stock)
